LiquidLift offers software-as-a-service via monthly recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases billed through Shopify. This page explains how and when refunds may be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling LiquidLift from your Shopify store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until that period ends.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused days, or overlapping subscriptions except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@liquidlift.app.
One-time lifetime purchases (where offered) are final and non-refundable once the associated feature has been activated or the merchant has used the service it grants.
If a one-time purchase is cancelled by Shopify before activation, the charge will not be settled and no refund is required.
When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original Shopify payment method used for the charge. We do not issue refunds via gift cards, store credit, discount codes, or any other method outside the original payment processor.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your Shopify billing history and on your statement.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@liquidlift.app so we can investigate. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Unauthorised chargebacks without prior contact may result in suspension of the app on your store.
Where applicable consumer protection law (including but not limited to statutory cooling-off periods) requires a refund that goes beyond this policy, that statutory right takes precedence over this document.
