Common questions
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of every month and paid via Stripe once your payout account is connected. We are currently processing Stripe approval — all earnings are tracked and held safely until payouts go live.
Is there a minimum payout?
No minimum. Every penny earned is yours.
What happens if a merchant cancels?
You stop earning commission for that merchant from the next billing cycle. We'll email you a heads up when any of your merchants go inactive.
Can I refer multiple merchants?
There is no limit. Your referral link works for every merchant you send — each one adds to your monthly commission.
